When will Natpro cream be available for purchase?! by: Wray
Hi Roz I must apologise about the terrible delay in getting Natpro back on the site, it's been a nightmare for both customers and us. We changed labs, and that's when the problems began. We wanted to keep the tubes we use, but it was not a stock item with the lab. So they had to make adjustments to their filling machine to cater for them. Unfortunately this is where the delay occurred as the machine shop they used has taken far longer to make the alterations than anticipated. But we have been advised they can fill an airless tube for us which they have in stock. The size is 100ml, although we hope they can get us the 75ml quickly, slightly larger than the tube we have, so the cost will be slightly more. We will still be using the tube when the machining is sorted out, but might keep the airless pump too, giving people two options. So we are hoping there will be stock by 9th May. Take care Wray
