Hello. I am feeling a bit confused as to what information I should trust.
I read the page on myths around taking progesterone which states that progesterone won't stop you from ovulating (I'm assuming at 100-200mg a day), that you can put the cream anywhere on the body and it will absorb and that you don't need to rotate it. However on the How to Use Progesterone page it says the opposite, that it will prevent ovulation and to rotate the areas and so on.
We are TTC for baby number 2, and when I conceived my son I was using the cream in my luteal phase from about 3dpo, which I am doing again now however I used the cream from 1dpo (according to my BBT) and this is only my 3rd cycle postpartum, since I have been breastfeeding for 23 months. A
Just a bit worried about conflicting info and scared that if I didn't truly ovulate, that I am now preventing ovulation through using the cream (100mg a day)
Please can you clarify which one should follow?
