Hi everyone. Please bare with me as I try and explain myself.
I have been using bioidentical progesterone in various ways.
800mg as a pessary (split doses of 200mg so not all at once), 200mg orally at night to sleep and 400mg (split in 2 doses) of onas cream.
There has been some issues with the cream lately and I am wondering if I could exchange that 400mg of cream with pessaries if it would work.
Because the cream was not working properly as it had different texture and crystallised tiny particles my pmdd symptoms started coming through
So I am thinking if I move that dose to a pessary form if it would help.
My only concern is that the cream used to work like nearly instantly.
At the moment I have been breaking the utrogestan capsule and rubbing the cream content of it and it seems to be helping but I am still not 100% feeling great.
What do you guys think?
In the meantime when I didn't know what is going on I did a Dutch test and I am awaiting for the results.
