Twice a day 100 mg application

So, I read that the progesterone should be applied a minimum of twice a day. I was putting 100 mg on at night, but that's it and had improved sleep and no more hot flashes at night. I read through more of the oestrogen symptoms and started applying 100 mg in the morning also. Does this mean I am taking a 100 mg dose or a 200 mg dose since it only lasts 13 hours? I assume it means a 100 mg dose?

Hi Tami

That is correct. One can also use it throughout the day if dealing with headaches or any painful situation. As long as it is no less than twice a day. Using 100mg at night only is incorrect.

Anything between 100-200mg is needed per day, more if symptoms are severe as mentioned many times on the website. Whatever amount you choose to use, split that amount in two, half in the morning and the other half at night. If you are happy using 100mg, then use 50mg in the morning and the other 50mg at night.
