Transdermal Progesterone vs Oral Progesterone

I am 6 months post surgical menopause. I am currently taking (oral) 1 MG OF estriol at night and 25mgs of oral progesterone twice daily (total 50 mgs), testosterone cream.

I have decided to switch to transdermal progesterone 20mg daily, for 26days. I was told that I should not switch for 6 more months because I was "so" estrogen dominant.

I would like some facts to debate that reasoning. Thanks
