Hi Mary You don't have to wait to start the cream. But what I would ask you to do is chat to Joy our distributor in South Africa. She can guide you through the ups and downs much better than reading how to do it on the web. Joy can be contacted via her website here. Take care Wray

PMS
by: Diane

Mary
I was you! 2 weeks pretty normal, 2 weeks anxiety, irritability, depressed, insomnia, bloating, fatigue, hairloss, amongst other sx. Please educate yourself...do as advised by Wray, have your D and iodine levels checked as well, both are so critical for well being as much as P to E ratio is.
E dominance can be wicked so it's importsnt you learn what it is and how best to overcome it. It took me over a month, but now I am amazingly so much better. I found out I was severely E dominant, very low in Vit D, iodine deficient. I am now settled in on 200mg P, 10,000iu D, and 12.5mg iodine. My life is so improved. I will have my levels checked again and lower doses as needed if my levels are normalized. I thank God for this website, and for Dr Michael Platt's book the Miracle of Bioidentical Hormones. Both were so critical to my overcoming that wicked, horrid PMS/perimenopause.
Good luck!
Diane

Pms

Hi there Wray~
I have benefited so greatly from this website. The education I received here along with Dr Platt's book, has given me the ability to overcome wicked sx of E dominance that was greatly impacting the quality of my life in every way possible. I feel compelled to share with as many women who are willing to listen and educate themselves on how P works and how important other supplements are such as Vit D, iodine, and other nutrients are to riding the wave of PMS, peri/post menopause and overall health in general. My moto is a woman must learn, read, educate themselves on how their body works. That is the only way they are truly going to be successful at using P. I have come across women who are truly suffering but are unwilling to do the leg work to learn...I cannot help them, because I cannot risk suggesting use P if they don't first learn the ins and outs of using P and what they may experience to get to the other side of their suffering. The women I've shared about P (sisters, cousins, dear friends, hair dressers) that have read the info on this website and read Dr Platt's book are benefiting in a tremendous way.
Thank you Wray for your enormous contribution. My husband thanks you, and all those that I have shared this knowledge with thank you as well.
Blessings to you.
Diane

Pms

Hi Dianne Well you have brought tears to my eyes with your kind words. I'm just so happy I've been able to help in some way. I wish, as you say, others would take courage and know there's a natural solution, and not struggle on with or without drugs. But we can only drop the pebble in and hope the ripples spread. Take care Wray
