Progesterone in pill form on skin

Hi my name is Ashley and I use progesterone cream but it’s quite pricey and I take a pretty high dose I am wondering if it’s effective to use prescription progesterone pills crushed up and applied to my skin with lotion along with my regular progesterone cream?

Hi Ashley

Yes it can get pricey in the beginning. However, once all your adverse symptoms have cleared, the amount can slowly be reduced to a level that suits you but NEVER less than 100mg per day.

Progesterone capsules can be opened and mixed with an organic cream or MCT oil successfully. If crushing an actual tablet/pill, you would have to make sure that it is crushed to the same consistency as that of the powders in a capsule, otherwise it will not blend. Do make sure that it equates to the same progesterone percentage as that of Natpro progesterone cream.
