Progesterone cream to top off my levels

How many mgs do I need to take on a daily basis in order to top off my levels? I want to use it for 2-3 months continuously without a break, I'm trying to get rid of my estrogen dominance symptoms once and for all.
I'm currently taking 150-175mg after day 14, but I'm ready to do it daily.
