Natpro taken vaginally

Hi Wray,
Last month (I think) you mentioned in a response that you take a daily dose of Natpro vaginally. I have been looking into this for a while now, but haven't found method/tools/way of insertion without quite a bit of waste. (I LOVE MY NATPRO AND DON'T WANT TO WASTE A SMIDGEON!)
Anyway, would you share what method/tool(s) you use for an efficient vaginal dose of Natpro. Please. If you want to respond privately, please email response to acutez@cablelynx.com.
