I've been using Natpro cream for a couple of years now and it has helped a lot. Though, I'm still confused as to how much to use. How am I supposed to measure milligrams out of the tube? I usually just squirt out an amount the size of a quarter and rub it in. I don't know how much I'm using.

Hi Nancy I'm delighted it's helped you. It seems the squirt you are using is about right, unless you still have other unresolved symptoms. The easiest way to measure is with a 5ml measuring spoon, obtainable from most health shops. Alternatively a kitchen measuring spoon, these come in ml and teaspoon measurements. We do have a chart at the bottom of our page on How to use progesterone cream which breaks down the ml and tsp for you. Take care Wray
