Menopause 3 years ago period stopped

Now I have occasional bleeding, why? Is that normal? I am very confused trying to find out why? I feel very scared about this stopping period over 3 years ago now this bleeding.
Should I be scared?
Whats going on?
Could nutrition affect my health and restart my period?
Could stress cause bleeding?
Occasional bleeding - not consistant or regular.
I am a 56 year old white women. I have 3 grown children. I have been married to the same man for 38 years.
Please reply with ideas. Thanks!
