Hi Wray, was just wondering about my 9 year old son who exhibits oestrogen dominance such as fat distribution around the tummy, bum and nipples. He can also be hyper sensitive but otherwise is a healthy boy who loves playing football. I believe his mother (my wife) is estrogen dominant as, post baby, she cant shift her weight and has had two miscarriages. Have ordered some progesterone cream and was wondering what your recommendation would be with my son?

thanks,

James.

Hi James It certainly appears your son has excess oestrogen in his system. As he's only 9 I suggest using about 1ml of cream. That's assuming you've ordered the Natpro! This will give him about 33mg progesterone. If you have ordered another cream, then I'll have to leave you to guess the amount. If possible apply it twice a day as levels drop after about 13 hours. Your wife might like to read our pages on How to use Progesterone Cream, Pregnancy and another here. Both of them might like to consider eating a high fat, moderate to low protein and low carb diet. This does shift the weight, and I've found helps Oestrogen Dominance. These are a few links you could look through here, here, and here. And our page on Nutrition. Take care Wray
