Hi Dawn Yes it is. I take it you have adrenal stress? Progesterone is excellent for this, as the adrenals first have to produce it, before converting it to cortisol. If stressed they rob other sources, notably ovarian. This then upsets the reproductive system, in fact stress can stop ovulation, which then lowers the progesterone level sharply. Take care Wray
