Hi Buck, I will pass on to you that I give my husband 100mg every night. Started him on this when I learned that men with prostate cancer are given progesterone therapy along with whatever other protocol their doctors use and that breast cancer is on the rise in men also. Men have lots of estrogen too, which isn't good for them either. I put it on him at night because it calms him and makes him sleep better. He did have problems with a racing heart, but we haven't seen that for a while now. From my own racing heart troubles I can positively say progesterone has helped the issue so that may be why he doesn't have it any longer too. God Bless! RJ
