Help with Ratio PLZ!!

by Lori
(san jose)

Hello...Ive been using Natpro for over a year at very high doses. I haven't had a cycle in 10 months and just recently had one, so I got a blood serum test at 7/DPO.. the results came back Progesterone 535.0 ng/dL, and Estrogen 46.8 pg/mL. Can someone please help me figure out what this ratio is as what I'm coming up with seems ridiculous.

Many Thanks!!!!

Help with Ratio PLZ!!

Hi Lori

When you say you are using a high dose, what would that be exactly? Could you also advise your age? Your progesterone/estrogen ratio is 114:1, it should be 600:1. What is your vitamin D level as a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone?

SERUM RATIO
by: PETE (UK)

HELLO JOSE, IN ORDER TO CONVERT YOUR ESTROGEN LEVEL INTO THE SAME UNITS AS YOUR PROGESTERONE, i.e. into
ng/dL (NANOGRAMS PER DECILITRE) JUST DIVIDE YOUR ESTROGEN RESULT BY 10. SO CONVERTED TO THE SAME UNITS YOUR RESULTS ARE --PROGESTERONE 535 ng/dL AND YOUR ESTROGEN IS 4.68 ng/dL. TO FIND THE RATIO DIVIDE P BY E i.e. 535 divided by 4.68 and your ratio is 114.32.HOPE THIS HELPS.
PETE
