Having Problems with the site

Hi Wray,

I have been trying to respond to your comment for Early Period but it will not post to the site. I am trying it in this section. Here is my comment:

Hi Wray,

Thank you so much for your reply. I truly appreciate your time.

I am still spotting while using the cream thru my period. It's been over 7 days now. My periods usually don't last that long and also this is my second period in a month. It's kind of scaring me to be having a period this long. It is very light but its just unsettling. I have been using the cream still. I feel ok but I am super tired. Kind of like when I was pregnant. Like I said, I am using 25mg daily (1 pump) according to the directions on the bottle. You mentioned that was not enough. Should I use 4 pumps a day? I'm so sorry. I am completely confused and feel I've just messed up my whole cycle. How can I get back on track?

Thank you Wray for all of your advice.

Judy

Hi Judy
I have read your post and question and I am sure Wray will try and assist you but it seems that you are not using Natpro Progesterone Cream. Whatever you are using, it does not seem to be enough. I am sure it is difficult to give advice on another product. It is really worth trying Natpro. At least you can be assured of a good product. All the best.

Hi Judy

I agree, you are not using enough progesterone. The minimum amount that should be used is 100mg/3ml - sometimes more is needed depending on symptoms. Some people use as much as 600mg before things improve, then once they feel stable, they can start to reduce to a level that suits them, never reduce to less than 100mg/3ml. A lot also depends on how much progesterone is actually in the product that you are using.

Using too little will actually stimulate estrogen which causes the problems, you need to use enough progesterone to make it the dominant hormone, once that is done, things will improve.

Hope this helps but I am sure that Wray will respond soon.

Take care.
Joy

Hi Judy Yes you are using far too little. 4 pumps will give you 100mg/day, you might not find this sufficient, but try it and see. Let me know how you get on. Take care Wray
