first time Progesterone use

I started Progesterone to guard against Prostrate Cancer. I was using 1000mg USP Progesterone with DHEA every other day. surprised to see a Testosterone test of 660 Total. (62 yrs old). My question is how to measure the cream used. A finger tip is hardly consistant. From the same tests: D2 36, Glucose 96, weight 156, height 5 8 1/2, max weight 200+, LDL 124, Triglycerides 132, total 188. PSA went up to 0.86, due to Progesterone or testoserone. This was the first time to do Testoserone tests, Free was 15.
