hello,
i have written already asking you to inform me about the amount of progesterone in one teaspoon of the 2000 mg natpro tube. i am trying to be as accurate as possible with my dosage and it would be helpful if i was not guessing. 2000 mg per tube, so how much in a teaspoon? i suppose if i get no response i will have to tally every teaspoon i use until the tube is gone and do the math. don't other customers ask for measurements besides me?

i have been waiting for a response....

secondly, you ran out of natpro last week and i ran out today. i placed my order and was told it would be shipped quickly. two days later i got an email stating my order had been shipped. then the next day, i got an email from a second shipping location saying it had been sent out from their location on saturday. my point? after being out of natpro, your customers who are dependent on it, to a certain extent, were delayed in reordering it. then it was very slow in being shipped out and then sat at a second shipping location for at least one more day.

i do not know how else to contact your company than through this story site and i understand this is not it's intended purpose. i apologize for the misuse but feel you need to understand that there some unmet needs among your customers. please try harder to keep your supply in stock and please try harder to expedite shipping after you have been out of stock. and, please communicate with me about the amount of progesterone in a teaspoon of natpro from your 200 mg tubes.

i would like to trust your company and wonder why i have not received a response in over a week from you. please, if you claim to care so much, then respond to queries and possibly give us an email for queries so it does not become neccessary to misuse this story site.

thank you

Hello,
Check your first message you posted, Wray did respond. I would just like others to know that I have written to customer care and have received responses quickly. I have also run out of Natpro and keep another product on hand for back up when stock runs out. Not all small companies have the cash flow to support a surge in sales and surges can never be foreseen. Wray cares very much...just look at all the inquiries and responses made on this site. She is one woman and she has a business to run also, plus a life. Gosh some doctors won't answer any questions unless you make an appointment with them and if they are good doctors that may not happen for a month or so. God Bless and again, check your other message you wrote for her reply.

Hi Connie I'm dismayed by your attitude. I have already answered your first query, on the 8th Sept. You submitted it on the 6th Sept, I only get the submissions 1-2 days later as they come via our server site. There is only me to answer all the queries, I do them as fast as I can. Which also means working early in the morning and into the night. I take my computer with me wherever I go too, so that I can keep up. Some customers ask for help with measurements, but not in the peremptory tone you used. You are correct we did have a stock out. We do try to keep enough in the fulfilment house, but if several people all order 100 tubes on the same day, as happened with this last stock out, it's impossible to get it into the fulfilment house in time to prevent it occurring. I don't mind answering queries of this nature via these pages. But we do have a 'Contact' button at the bottom of every page on this site, there are now over 3000 pages. If you scroll to the bottom of this one you'll find it. We only have one fulfilment house in Michigan. So I don't know how you got the second shipping note from another location, unless you ordered from a distributor's site too. No one has to re-order their original order, unless they made some error in the ordering process itself, and it didn't go through. I have made enquiries with our shipping department about the 'second' location, as that made no sense to me at all. We do all we can to keep stock in, but sometimes it's beyond our control. Shipping is done the same day the order is made, if in the morning. If it's placed in the afternoon, it will ship the next morning. We use one of the best fulfilment houses in the States. It's beyond us once it's in the postal service. Take care Wray

Hi Connie The shipping department has come back to me with this reply......

"She placed 2 orders…

Order Number: 21481
Order Date: Tue Aug 21 13:49:45 2012
3 Natpro
Shipping : Express Mail
Date shipped: 08/22/12 - 12:08 PM EDT

Order Number: 21602
Order Date: Thu Sep 06 13:43:34 2012
3 Natpro
Shipping : Priority Mail
Date shipped: 09/07/12 - 12:09 PM EDT

It's possible she asked, via the web form provided when a stock out occurs, to be informed when stocks are available. This may account for her perception that there are two two 'shipping locations', there is of course only one."

So it appears you will receive 6 tubes of Natpro. As I said previously, I'm sorry the stock out occurred. Take care Wray

Hi RJ Bless you as always for your support! I was dismayed by Connie's comment. And you are quite right I did respond, within hours of getting the submission from our server site. But she still hasn't replied saying she's found the info, so I do wonder if she hasn't checked the email box, which as you know is essential. As you know there have been times when I have been behind in answering. But I do try to keep up. Hugs, take care Wray

Wray, Connie as well as all the others who contact you are looking for a solution to some sort of health issue we are having. This person just has not figured out how lucky we all are to have some one who can supply us with information to help us out and all for free. If one does not like how something is being done or said then move on to some other site. But it is uncalled for the manner in which she dressed you down. Don't fret Wray, there are folks out there that appreciate your time and the research you provide each of us. You cannot please everyone. Some just aren't happy unless they are unhappy. On another note, mom had a CAT scan done....looking for more cancer again...only thing they found was two bad spurs on her spine which is causing her terrible back, shoulder, arm and neck pain, but they also found a cyst on her right ovary. She told them my ovaries are gone and they said nope only your left one is. So now they want her to go to the doctor where he will inject it with something..don't know what that is. But I told her again that she is being so foolish for not using the cream. I pray she changes her mind. Why on earth at the age of 75 does she have a cyst on that ovary? She claims she has always been plagued by them. You think it's that small amount of estrogen still being made causing that? She's had this pelvic pain for a few months now, so could this thing have just popped up that quickly and I know for a fact this doctor will not recommend her using the cream. Afterall, he'll get paid for doing the procedure in his office and if the cream works for her he won't get paid. God bless!

Hi RJ Bless you again, you always manage to cheer me up! I try to help, but sometimes it's beyond me. I've written well over 200 pages of info too, covering the major problems which beset us. Only of course if I've found evidence progesterone would help. I've often turned a reply I've done for someone into a web info page, as the research lead me to believe progesterone would help, so I thought others should see it too. I'm concerned Connie hasn't seen any of our replies, so I think she hasn't given her email address to be notified of them. Your poor mother, she's been through enough as it is. If she's been plagued by cysts, then I would say she's been plagued by low progesterone, high oestrogen. And the little she's still making is enough to make one develop. The pain would develop only when it had grown sufficiently to make itself known. It's most probably become inflamed, so she needs antioxidants. Also it sounds as if she's low in magnesium, spurs are caused by excess calcium. This gets deposited where it shouldn't, and not where it should, i.e. the bones. Maybe you could persuade her to take magnesium, vitamin K too, both co-factors needed by vitamin D anyway. Your cynicism echoes mine, unfortunately, but it is a fact. The Hippocratic oath is rarely taken into cognisance now. Take care Wray
