I take it that you are using Natpro which is a 3.33% cream. Any other cream and you would need to adjust the amount of cream used accordingly to equate to Natpro. If your symptoms are severe, then increase the amount of cream used. Find a level that suits you. You can always reduce the amount of cream once your ED symptoms have eased.
