Please can someone advise, I fell pregnant at 39 and lost the baby three months later. I had a chemical a year later but now my period has vanished ten days ago, no positive tests and no other symptoms. I am concerned this is the beginning of the end ie menopause. I did use agnus cactus and black cohosh up to ovulation as these herbs help you conceive apparently. I hope I am pregnant it would mean the world to me and my partner.
