Progesterone helped me to relax

I have been on progesterone for two months and feel so much better in every way. I am gaining so much weight that I might have to stop.
I am taking one pump of progesta care I was taking two pumps and doctor said to take only one pump after blood test. I feel so bloated and gained eight pounds and I don't need the weight gain. What can I do? I really appreciate any help. Thanks.
