I tried it and it and I think it lowered the estrogen in my vagina so I started to get itching. I now use a tiny tiny dab of estrogen cream there and I make my own progestelle and apply it to my skin morning and night.

I am prescribed 200mg progesterone pills, they r capsules with liquid inside. I cut four open and mix with 30ml coconut oil.
I'm not sure if the progesterone is the right size to be absorbed by skin and I don't know if the coconut oil prevents it from being absorbed. Try at your own risk!
