I'm 23 and I've been experiencing long heavy periods since I started having periods, never have I had a normal period. I never know when it's coming or when it's going away.
A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and after that I was told that I had a small endometrial polyp. My doctor decided to put me on Lo Estrin birth control, I tried it for at least half a year and everything was still the same I even became anemic. My periods now are longer than usual now they are lasting for 2 months, I try losing weight to see if it helps and it does but I can't keep my weight down.
I recently came across the benefits of progesterone cream and this website, I've been reading personal stories and how it has regulated them and some have even become pregnant, I really want to be regular and become pregnant. If anyone can give me advice on how to go about this. I'm still unsure on how much progesterone cream I should be applying each day. Thank you and I really love the website.
