I bought 5 tubes of Nepro Progesterone cream and the progesterone powder did not desolved correctly

I have ordered 3 tubes before this batch and the lotion spread it evenly and nicely. Then I order 5 more tubes, the first tube is fine, than I opened the second tube, when I spread it on to the skin, there were a lot of powder residue left on the skin after the cream has been absorbed. Then I open the third tube, it also has a lot of powder residues. Power residues on the forth tube also.

I am worried that since the progesterone powder is not dissolve correctly when making the cream, and that it will effect the efficiency and the milligram amount.
I am afraid to use it now. Is there anyway I can exchange the item. I am not sure if you have a customer service about this.
I don't know what e-mail to write to and where to exchange it.
