Can I change over cream?

by Tracy
(UK)

Please could you advise if there would be any adverse effects if I change the cream I am on (Serenity) to Natpro?

Would it be ok for me to just start using Natpro when my current tube of Serenity is finished. I am aware Natpro is stronger and would therefore need to adjust the dose slightly. I usually always use around 100 - 150 per day.

MANY THANKS.

Can I change over cream?

Hi Tracy There will be no adverse affects if you change over, provided you stick to the amount of progesterone you are using. Luckily you are aware the Natpro is stronger, so many women make the mistake of using the same amount of cream as before. This does cause major problems as they've increased their progesterone two fold! 100-150mg of progesterone would be 3-4.5ml of Natpro. You might like to read this page on the change over here. You'll see from the story that there was much confusion. We've found from Saliva Tests we run, that the progesterone absorbs extremely well, so in case you get Oestrogen Dominance effects please read this page. Take care Wray
