Adenomyosis

by Dewi
(Jakarta, Indonesia)

Dear Wray,

My name is Dewi, I’m 38 years old from Indonesia and have been diagnosed with adenomyosis, width 6.3 cm and suspected endometriosis hyperplastic, in which my symptoms are mostly heavy bleeding (from july till now) and cramps. The doctor had treated me with Leuproreline acetate shot which i have to take at least 4 times in 4 months ( once a month shot) and provera pills (50 mg) once a day to stop the bleeding. to date, the bleeding had stop for 3 days now so i don't take the pills anymore.

While looking for information about adenomyosis, I found your website in which some testimonies about your product “Natpro” said it can reduce adenomyosis and I decided to buy it and it’s finally arrived at my home today.

But I want to ask you how to use it if I still have to go through the medication in which I still have to get a Leuproreline acetate shot one more time. Do I have to wait for another month to try Natpro, or can I use it as it is?

I really appreciate your informations since i'll do anything to get rid of this horrible disease.

Best Regards

Adenomyosis
by: Wray

Hi Dewi Thank you for trying the Natpro. Both adenomyosis and Endometriosis are very unpleasant. They are caused by oxidative stress, and exacerbated by oestrogen. This is a mitogen causing cells to proliferate, plus it's an inflammatory hormone. Please have a vitamin D test done. It would appear your level is low. Vitamin D is a potent antioxidant, needed by every cell to function normally. It's such a pity the doctors know nothing about progesterone, but prescribe a Contraceptive instead. Provera or MPA is manufactured from testosterone, so does have some androgenic properties, see here. Heavy bleeding can be stopped with progesterone. I also suggest women take about 2000mg/day or more of NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) and 2000mg/day taurine. These are also both potent antioxidants. The NAC inhibits the MMP's which cause the breakdown of the lining. We have more info on our page about Menstruation. And taurine is low in dysfunctional uterine bleeding, see here. I have found with endo, if there is heavy bleeding and pain, that 500mg/day progesterone is needed. It is trial and error, so please experiment with the amount. Progesterone inhibits the production of oestrogen, testosterone too, if enough is used, far safer than Lupron! You can use the progesterone with the leuprolide acetate, there are no contra indications to it's use with any drug. You might not be aware, but Lupron is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist. It causes a dramatic reduction in oestradiol and testosterone levels by increasing LH and FSH. But what is not apparent to the medical profession, this would also result in a dramatic decrease in progesterone levels. Normal levels of the gonadotropins LH and FSH are needed to stimulate egg production and ovulation in the ovary. But high levels of these hormones suppress not only oestrogen and testosterone, but ovulation. Without ovulation no progesterone is made. Continued below.

Adenomyosis Part 2
by: Wray

Hi Dewi The first list of symptoms on this site here, are almost all indicative of low progesterone. When first using progesterone it does stimulate oestrogen. But if enough is used the symptoms are mild or don't occur. As you have already used the Lupron, and therefore have little or no oestrogen left, you shouldn't get any Oestrogen Dominance symptoms. Let me know how you get on. Take care Wray

severe adenomyosis
by: evely

I was diagnosed with adenomyosis 2 years ago and i've tried ivf with no help. my doc thought of laparoscopy to tie my tubes as i'm also having hydrosalpinx as this disturb implantation. I'm not so worried about my tubes if i have to go for ivf, what i'm worried is adenomyosis and endometriosis. It gives me so much pain during menstruation with large blood clots and long cycles.Right now I'm taking Serrapeptase and nattokinase from Doctor's Best and it helps a bit. How long will it take to cure or bring back in normal if i use the cream. I desperately wants a child and get rid of this disease. Can I apply the cream along with these enzymes? Kindly help
