2 chemicals in 5 months

Hello,
I recently had 2 chemicals in 5 months (after TTC for almost 2 years).
I checked my progesterone levels last year and it was nice and high, so high that the Dr actually thought I might have been pregnant (wrong).
I was considering trying progesterone cream (where is the natural one sourced from? Yams?),could it harm me in case it is not needed?

I am very very thin, 90 pounds. I am taking 2000 vit D, b complex, b6 and prenatals and coq10.

I knew this last pregnancy was not right as the day of my missed period I tested negative, 1 week later I tested positive but still very light .... I knew there was something wrong but it still hurts.
I started bleeding today and I am trying to be proactive as I don't want to go to a RE who is only interested in charging me for ivf and my obgyn says he can't request a fertility panel as he is not a RE. I am in a limbo so I am trying to help myself.
