Could you help with an answer or direct me... I have been taking the natpro for almost 4 months with out stopping . The first month I bled for about two weeks and the next month a week or so. But I kept Taking the natpro as suggested through any bleeding. The last two months nothing... no bleeding. I decided to stop at the end of the fourth month and begin the 14 days off 14 days on... is this the correct way? Will or should I begin a period shortly after stopping? Trying to conceive. Hi Nicole

To answer you question, no it is not correct and such a pity you stopped. It takes 2-6 months before the body adjusts to progesterone and become dominant, longer if symptoms are severe. Please read How to use Progesterone Cream. You need your cycle to be regular before a successful pregnancy takes place. There are some who are lucky however, and do fall pregnant, but very few.

I suggest you start again and continue to use Natpro every day with no breaks until your cycle is regular, once this happens you can begin to use by following your cycle as explained on the How to use Progesterone Cream page.

As as matter of interest, what is your Vitamin D3 level? A deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone it is also vital for for pregnancy, the mother and the unborn child.

Hope this helps.
