Waiting for a Doctor

I am 8 months postpartum, taking a progesterone supplement intralingually. The supplement is called Progest-E and it is bio identical progesterone carried in vitamin E oil. Progest-E is the ONLY thing that has taken away my symptoms of PND and severe PMS. A few months after having my baby, I began feeling irritable, depressed, anxious, and angry. I lashed out against my partner and I knew something wasn't right. I also knew that PND was a result of progesterone levels dropping quickly after giving birth and I suspected I would benefit from Progest-E so I've been taking it every day ever since and feeling a million times better. HOWEVER, I thought I could begin taking it at the recommended dose (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off,) and I experienced severe PMS, similar to my PND symptoms. As I wait for an appointment to see an endocrinologist in June...I wonder, how can I diplomatically ask for progesterone injections that I think would be much more effective for me...?
