I'm sorry to have to do this, but I've sent a couple emails to the customer service inbox, and I haven't heard a reply. Could someone please return my message? I have a problem with one of my NatPro bottles.

Hello Heidi!

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your bottle and getting in touch.
I have informed the relevant department of your attempts to contact them, they should have done so by now.

Incase you are still needing help with the bottle, I am not sure what problem you are having but there have been occasions where an airlock gets in and disrupts the pump action. If this is the case, turn the dispenser upside down and give it a hard knock, this should solve the issue. If you are still having problems, turn the dispenser upside down and you will see a small hole in the bottom. Insert a needle or the end of a paper-clip into the hole to remove the base of the dispenser, you will then be able to get to the cream.

customer service for natpro

I recently had a problem, as well. I purchased the dispensers and one of the pumps didn't work, which makes it a challenge to measure how much progesterone to use. I also tried contacting the customer service department and sent an email with no reply. In addition, I purchased additional bottles and put a note regarding my previous order and no response, but they did ship my my next order. I am not sure how to get in touch with customer support. I will be watching for a reply.

Hello,

It seems a couple of people have had problems with their emails not being received. This may be a technical glitch or an incorrect email address. For any communication to customer services please use the contact us form on our website.

If you are having problems with your dispenser, this can be caused by an airlock inside which can happen during transportation. Here is how to solve the issue:

The first thing to try is turning it upside down and giving it a hard knock, this usually works.

If this does not work then please try this:

* look for a small hole on the base plate, use a paperclip or something similar. Remove the base plate at the bottom of the dispenser.
* inside you will see the piston that slides up the dispenser as cream is pumped out
* gently push the piston further into the dispenser until you see cream emerging from the air holes in the centre of the piston
* replace the base plate and depress the pump action in the normal way
