The miracle progesterone worked for me!

by Sharon
(Tallassee, Al)

I have been suffering and I mean suffering with migraine headaches for the past 5 years. I have been on every medicine possible. In desperation I have tried any and everything.

At a women's conference a lady told me to try natural progesterone cream. Of course I did. In one week my headaches were almost completely gone! My energy returned and I can actually live a normal life. This has been life changing and an answer to prayer for me.

The Miracle Progesterone
by: Kristine

I am confused about the natural progesterone cream and the synthetic one. What is the difference, and how is it used?
I would like to know if there is certain foods that help with progesterone levels. I am 45 and take estroven (natural suppliment)I have know hot flashes anymore. I have not had a period for 3 months prior to that 5 months. But my breasts are swollen and hurt. I need to figure out what to take now to help me. I just don`t want to hear that it will cause cancer later. That is scary! Thank you.

The Miracle Progesterone
by: Wray

Hi Kristine There are no synthetic progesterone creams, the progestins only come as a pill, injections or implants. The molecule is very different, if you'd like to see this, please go to our page Progesterone Therapy. If you want to know how progesterone cream is used please read our page How to use progesterone cream. You are now 45 and in peri-menopause, your ovaries are slowly shutting down. As P-M progresses anovulatory cycles become more frequent, there is nothing we can do about this. If we don't ovulate we make no progesterone, there are no foods which help with this. For more info please see our page on Peri-menopause. The complex you are taking contains soy isoflavones, these are phytoestrogens, which mimic the action of oestrogen. Due to their similarity to an oestrogen molecule, phytoestrogens are able to bind to oestrogen receptors. The similarity arises because both oestrogen and the phytoestrogens have a phenolic or triple bonded A-ring. This enables the phytoestrogens to exert an oestrogenic effect on the cell it binds to. I don't believe we need more oestrogen, even from a plant extract. Oestrogen in any form can cause water retention and inflammation, hence your sore, swollen breasts. Progesterone does stop hot flushes too, although initially a high amount is needed, reducing slowly till the optimum level is found. Progesterone does not cause cancer, but oestrogen can, please see these two pages we have Cancer and progesterone and HRT. If you should consider using progesterone please read this page first, as Oestrogen Dominance can occur and is disconcerting if it does. Take care Wray
