Hi Erin I can't see any problem arising by donating blood while using progesterone. The 3 tsp you use are giving you about 240mg/day progesterone. This is a very good amount, I normally recommend 100-200mg/day, more if symptoms are severe. But must be costing you a fortune! Take care Wray
