Progesterone patch?

by PinkyNYC
(NYC )

I just started the Estradiol Patch the brand of Climara and BTW the generic is responsible for more side effects.
Anyway I don't want to take a combi patch because the combi patches are NOT true Progesterone they are Progestin which is responsible for breast cancer and a bunch of other side effects though women are told it is Progesterone it is not.

So anyway is there a Progesterone alone patch?

Progesterone patch?

Hi Pinky

If you read this website carefully you will see that it does not promote the use of estrogen as it increases Estrogen Dominance symptoms. There are well over 100 estrogen mimics in our Environment as it is. You are correct, many women think that progestin is natural progesterone, it isn't, its synthetic, see here.

As far as I know progesterone patches are not available. Read this page, it shows delivery methods available.

Progesterone creams are regarded as the best option. A good organic cream such as Natpro is a good option, it is a 3% cream. Please read How to use Progesterone Cream. You might also like to read this page on Cancer.

Vitamin D3 is very important as a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone, optimal range is between 70-100ng/mL. Nothing less than 5,000iu's is needed daily. Co-factors are needed when taking D3, magnesium and vitamin K2 with no soy are the important ones. See The Vitamin D Council.
