Progesterone OD
I'm 60 and feel achy, stiff, sore. I used yam-based progesterone cream for 13 years. Then about a month ago, sent saliva sample to ZRT labs. My hormones are all too high. So, I stopped the cream. How do I detox from overdosing on the cream?
