Please Help...Fibroids, Estrogen Dominance, Heavy Bleeding/Clots/Flooding, Fainting with blood loss and racing heart-rate

by Amy
(New Zealand)

I feel like I've tried everything and am unclear what I'm doing wrong. I've had the worst periods of my life the past 2 months and have fainted twice with heart pressure during these cycles. I have flooding with major clots the size of my hand lasting 2-5 days, then ongoing bleeding/spotting for months now and I'm on the protocols from here.

Just wondering what I'm doing wrong or if I need to increase dosing of all I'm taking? My Dr. is hoping to get me an IUD Mirena to try before I go through the usual options pre-hysterectomy yet I really don't want one, hence putting it off thus far. Yet I'm too exhausted at this point from anemia I just want someone to tell me what to do.

I went to the hospital today for the Mirena and the Dr. was so rude because I didn't just opt for the hysterectomy yet I really just want something to work. He said I'm not a candidate for the Mirena IUD due to mass fibroids.

Help...any words of advice, encouragement, experiences, regiment in detail that I should follow would be greatly appreciated. I thought today I would be getting an IUD for the flooding and now that's not on the table and I just don't know how much longer I can go on like this. I have head injuries too and life is getting very bleak though I'm hanging in there.

I'm on daily:

Micronutrients vitamin/mineral
VitC 1000mg
DIM 200mg
Vitex 400mg
CDG 1000MG
NAC 1000MG
Progesterone cream 200mg
Probiotics
b12 spray
neprinol 6 capsules
VitD3 1000mg
I eat a low carb, gluten free, sugar, dairy free diet and eat meat/veg daily

Thanks so much...I've written in these forums 2xs now so appreciate it ;-)

Amy

P.S. How can I get a notification that there's any response to this?
Cheers

Please Help...Fibroids, Estrogen Dominance, Heavy Bleeding/Clots/Flooding, Fainting with blood loss and racing heart-rate

Hi Amy

I am pleased that the Mirena wasn't fitted the side effects are terrible, please read up on them. Progesterone does help to adsorb smaller Fibroids into the body, sadly larger fibroids often require surgery. You might like to try the following protocol, it has helped so many who suffer from heavy bleeding and clots:

HEAVY BLEEDING PROTOCOL
* 400-500mg Natpro Progesterone Cream per day
* 2000mg N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) per day
* 2000mg Taurine per day
* 5000iu's Vitamin D3 per day
* 1000mg Bioflavanoids per day

Excess estrogen causes the heart to race, it causes prolongation of the QT interval, which results in palpitations, arrhythmia, Torsades de Pointes and sudden death. Whereas progesterone shortens the QT interval, see here. I suggest that you increase the amount of progesterone that you are using, it will help with the racing heart and heavy bleeding etc. Please also read the Estrogen Dominance and How to use Progesterone Cream pages.

You are not taking enough taking enough vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is very important. Nothing less than 5,000iu's per day is needed. Optimal range is between 70-100ng/ml. Magnesium and vitamin K2 with no soy are important co-factors needed when taking vitamin D3. If you find that vitex is helping you then continue but it is estrogenic. Many are lead to believe that DIM helps with excess estrogen, it doesn't, CDG is far better.

Thank you...

Cheers, cheers...I will look into this protocol and begin today! I have just done a liver, kidney, colon cleanse and this has helped greatly to loose weight and I put iodine on my breasts and stomach to dub down the estrogen.

A few more queries...How much of the CDG should I be on also Joy? And can I just up my progesterone cream without needing it orally to 400-500 and must I do it slowly? I've been trying to stay away from it going through my liver etc so I'm hoping cream is ok. Ive been wondering about progesterone suppositories too if you know anything about if these are effective to get some near my uterus? Also, is the protocol the max to take for severe bleeding/flooding?

I really would like to do this naturally...have you ever seen anyone with large fibroids come back from this to reduce them?

Thanks again for all your help! ps no button shows to click on to be notified....where is it? I just get shown the below:

You are actually lucky!

Hi Amy,

I am so glad you were not fitted with the Mirena. A friend of mine was fitted with it for the exact same reasons you have and within six months had stage 4 breast cancer. By the Grace if God, she beat it. She was tested for the cancer gene and it came up negative. What turned out to be positive was estrogen. The reason you are bleeding so heavily is because of excess estrogen. The mirena would be like adding more fuel to the fire and in most cases all that estrogen(both your own and the mirena) results in cancer. You had an angel looking out for you.

As far as hysterectomy is concerned, I can tell you about my mother. She was told to have a hysterectomy because of heavy bleeding but she absolutely refused. The bleeding was basically the last floods before menopause. She did not have the surgery, went into menopause and everything turned out fine. She was proven right for refusing the surgery. So please hang in there because it will be alright. I do definitely think you need much more progesterone. 400 mg. or even more if necessary.

Hope this helps,
Dolores

Thank you so much for the insight Dolores...Much appreciated :)

And yes I was wondering if perhaps the flooding was me moving into menopause yet I'm only 46 so thought I could be too young. I have been in peri-menopause since 40 though with obvious symptoms so it could be possible!

And I thought the Mirena was just progesterone? My Dr. would never give me more progesterone, thank goodness he's a Dr of Naturopathy, Homeopathy and General Medicine.

I've just started with bone broth and raw energy juices for extra Bioflavanoids/citrus and have stopped all sugar, bad fats, processed foods, carbs, except rye, for during and after periods to restore my blood volume and move the excess estrogen out of my fat cells and pathways so it doesn't recirculate! Am feeling way better. And I'm upping my progesterone to 400mg at 50mg increments till I'm at 400mg. My Dr. has taught me all this thank goodness. The GP I went to is the one that wants to put me into menopause with drugs and give me a hysterectomy.

Anyhow bless us all on this journey. And anyone reading this...A DUTCH Complete test will show you exacts and how to fix estrogen dominance with the right supplementing along with the information here re Progesterone Therapy and more...I think we can eradicate the estrogen in more ways to help faster relief.

Cheers from NZ and thanks again for your comments and support- Amy

Hi Amy

I would continue with the amount of CDG that you are already using. Try increasing to 400mg first it may be all that you need. It must be progesterone cream as 96% of oral progesterone gets destroyed by but the gut and liver see here. Suppositories are also a good method. You can also insert progesterone cream in the vagina at night. I suggest that you try the protocol as mentioned, I do not think there is a need to increase anything. I have not heard of anyone having to do that.

I can only suggest that you try progesterone and see if it will help with the larger fibroids, but as mentioned the larger ones usually require surgery.

I wish you well.

Amy, please look for doctors in your country that perform this procedure: Uterine Fibroid Embolization/Uterine Atery Embolization (same procedure, two different names). These are NOT OB/GYNS. They are Vascular and Interventional Radiologists. If you you want to know more about this procedure, click on links. This worked for me.

Much appreciated...I'll look into these as options! Sounds much easier than uterus removal. I'm hoping I'm just going into menopause and all will shrink. I'm doing all I can to rid myself of the estrogen and not stimulate too much more hormones so I'm on the mend it seems now.

Thanks all for your support :)
