PCOS and lost

by M.M

Hi I'm 30yrs old and just this past May I was told that "it seems I have PCOS".

In the last 3.5 years I've had irregular longated heavy menstruals. Sometimes lasting months. I haven't been pregnant in over 3yrs . Last doctor visit I was put on birth control (yet again) to regulate my period and hope to ovulate. After stopping after the 3 mos still no ovulation and no pregnancy. I recently started living a more natural holistic lifestyle. In hopes that it will help, both my health and the not getting pregnant part. I'm currently on week 4 of bleeding. I just purchased progesterone cream. The constant bleeding is putting into serious depression for my personal and social life. How can't I get the bleeding to stop while also just regulating my body? Please any natural answers and solutions will be most appreciated.

How are you now?

How are you doing now? I'm not seeing a date of when you posted your comment, so can't tell how long you've been using progesterone. Did you get any results from the progesterone? I think bio identical hormone replacement therapy will be a huge help to you. It's important for you to learn the signs and symptoms of particular hormone deficiencies so you can find your personal proper dosage. There are a few good books out there that can help you with that too. There definitely are natural ways to help, though I personally haven't found anything yet to reverse PCOS all together, despite trying for 20 years now.

Hi MM

How strange that you have been told that "it seems that your have PCOS", either you have it or you do not. Perhaps you need a second opinion.

What progesterone cream are you using and how are you using it? Please read the How to use Progesterone Cream page, it not used correctly it will not work. For your continual bleeding, I suggest that you try the HEAVY/CONTINUAL BLEEDING PROTOCOL which has helped so many sufferers. Please note, that if not used exactly as stated it will not work. Once you have the bleeding under control and your cycle has returned to you, plus ALL your adverse symptoms have cleared, you can then use progesterone cream by following your cycle.

HEAVY BLEEDING PROTOCOL
* 400-500mg Natpro Progesterone Cream per day
* 2000mg N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) per day
* 2000mg Taurine per day
* 5000iu's Vitamin D per day
* 1000mg Bioflavanoids per day
