Hi Jackie Yes it is. We have a number of distributors in the UK, so I don't know which site you were on. But it is a registered trademark, so there is no other by that name. Take care Wray

Hi.
I'm in a bit of a mess. I was taking prog. cream for a couple of months, had estrogen dominance symptoms for a couple of weeks. I then went to the Dr. and she insisted I go on the HRT patch, which I stupidly did.
I was very ill so took it off on day 5. I'm back on the prog. cream now. My consultant told me to take 50mg which I know now from reading your site is too low so I upped it to 200mg. I'm having serious estrogen dominance symptoms. Severe inflammation, head and ear pain, sore throat, knees and elbows and bad sinus congestion.
I'm also taking DIM. Am I doing the right thing? Will these pains diminish or do I need to go higher again? If you think they will diminish, how long will this take please? I'm in so much pain I can't think straight.
Certain things were improving whilst on the cream. My hair on my head and down below grew back. My hg attacks lessened and the sinus congestion and top lip numbness improved so I know I'm on the right track.
I'm also taking the vitamins you suggest and also taking hydrating cubes for vaginal atrophy. The estrogen in the cubes remain localised and don't go into the bloodstream.
I really appreciate your help. My doctor thinks bios are a scam but my naturopath told me to take progesterone cream when I first had symptoms two years ago. I wish I had listened to him. I was hell bent thinking I had lyme disease which from 5 tests and consultants appointments I now know not to be the case. It was only because the doctors weren't telling me what was wrong that I went down this road.
Many thanks. Jen

Hi Jen
By coming off progesterone, estrogen became the dominant hormone. The idea behind progesterone is to make it the dominant hormone. It can take anything from 2-6 months before it becomes dominant again, longer if symptoms are severe. Please persevere with it. Any kind of estrogen should be avoided. You may need to use more progesterone to get you over the adverse symptoms quicker. Once you feel stable you can slowly reduce down to a level that suits you but never less than 100mg
You might want to consider taking calcium d-glucarate, I feel it is better than DIM.
Please make sure that your vitamin D3 level is at optimal range which is 70-100ng/mL.
