Dear Ms
Firstly, you need to have an ultra sound to see if you have uterine fibroids, or ovarian cysts (PCOS) Just going on BC is not the solution. Bioidentical progesterone may be your answer. But it's vital to get diagnosed so you know what you are dealing with.
Finding a functional/integrative gynecologist would be ideal. But a good place to start is get the transvaginal ultrasound and get the right diagnosis. Also please search here on PCOS and uterine fibroids in the search bar and read. You will learn a lot.
Do not despair, you will get better. There are wonderful books I can recommend to to read. First is by Dr. Sara Gottfried, The Hormone Cure. It has an amazing Very thorough questionaire section that will shed a lot of light as to what may be going on. She is an integrative Md. Really a valuable book. The other is by Dr Michael Platt, The Miracle of BioIdentical Hormones. But first start here on this web site and get an US,
Keep us posted on what you discover .
