Ms Lorraine cox

I'm 50yrs l had an hysterectomy 10yrs ago after much suffering with painful heavy periods, fibroids and much more..they left my ovaries in.
I have sore breasts, migraines, low mood and energy an suffer with insomnia.

I did use progesterone cream 20yrs ago to help with PMT and my painful periods and ended up pregnant l had never been able to conceive before...
I was using Serenity at the time but there was some confusion about makers/suppliers.

I feel l would benefit from starting to use Progesterone cream again, but it seems there are so many suppliers and strengths.

Can you please tell me is your product organic and not made with Chinese ingredients?

Also what dose would you recommend and how long would the tube last?

Many thanks Lorraine

Hi Lorraine

There are indeed many brands and strengths of progesterone. Natpro is organic and is a 3% cream. A list of ingredients can be seen here.

Headaches/Migraines are one of many Estrogen Dominance symptoms. Painful breasts could mean that you are lacking in iodine and thyroid issues.

Between 100-200mg is needed per day, more if symptoms are severe. You would have to experiment to see what is best for you. Please read the How to use Progesterone Cream and Menopause pages.

Vitamin D3 is very important as a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone, optimal range is between 70-100ng/mL. Nothing less than 5,000iu's is needed daily. Co-factors are needed when taking D3, magnesium and vitamin K2 with no soy are the important ones.
