Men need DHT, not progesterone ?

Men can take progesterone and benefit, however this article claims DHT is even better for the prostate and blocking estrogen

It also claims DHT is an even more potent neurosteroid than testosterone and DHEA.
I think ideally for a man, he would take progesterone AND a dht cream/gel.
DHT will lower estrogen/prolactin/cortisol better than progesterone alone.
