Just received my natpro. Can someone tell me how to measure natpro for proper dosage. The progesterone I was using had a metered pump. Need to know how to measure to get 200 mg a day.
Hi Gail Thanks for trying the Natpro. The easiest way is to use a kitchen measuring spoon, specifically those in metric measurements. If you can't find any then this website here sells them. We do have more info at the end of our page on How to use Progesterone Cream. 6ml of cream will give you 200mg progesterone. Each millilitre contains 33.3mg progesterone. Take care Wray
