How much cm of Natpro is equal to 400 mg of Natpro

Sorry, I do not understand your explanations regarding the measures to be used.

I need to use 400 mg of Natpro daily, but I do not know how much centimeters of the Natpro cream this is. Is this 1 cm ?
Or is 400 mg Natpro cream equal to 1 level measuring teaspoon ?

Thank you for answering this.

Hi Elisa There are 33.3mg progesterone per millilitre of cream. So to get 400mg progesterone you would need to use 12ml of cream. Do you really need 400mg? This is a large amount, it's 2.4 tsp cream. If your symptoms are severe then you will probably need it. But please have a Vitamin D test done. A lack of this is so common in Europe and the UK, and a lack reduces the benefits of progesterone. Maybe you'd like to chat to Jules our distributor in London. She can give you advice on the progesterone and vitamin D, and supply you with cream if you can't get it on the website. We currently have a stock out. Jules's email address is julesvs19@gmail.com Take care Wray
