Glad I found this site

Hi Wray,
I just came across this site and am very encouraged by what I read, may be answer to my issue, I just recently had a complete and embarrassing ED, not sure why, I did start on some Andriol oral T replacement, after my blood test showed just in normal T range , but am reluctant to keep this up. I now follow a regime of the short high intensity exercises recommended for T naturally, but it seems the Progesterone cream could be the natural answer in conjunction with the exercises and good diet,
Here's hoping, thank you for the informative web site.
Regards
Geoff (Australia)

Glad I found this site

Hi Geoff Thanks for the kind words about the site, we try! It could be you are short of vitamin D, although sunny, Queensland, and all Australia in fact have been mislead about the 'dangers' of the sun, see this page we have on vitamin D.

Most of you are lacking the vitamin, see these papers here, here, here and here.

There is evidence that a lack of vitamin D reduces testosterone levels, see here and here.

Although ironically, we, women included, have been lead to believe that a lack of testosterone is the reason for a low libido, lack of orgasm, erectile dysfunction in men, etc, it appears that dopamine is of far greater importance. Progesterone too. We do have a page on Libido etc, which gives as many papers as I can find on the subject. I know I sound like a broken record, but are you eating enough fat?

Take care Wray
