Follicular cysts

Hi Wray,
I have been suffering from heavy periods all my life(39 now),endometriosis and follicular cysts pretty large,migraine and abdominal cramps. I have been on the pill for 8 years,but finally stopped and I'm happy with my natural cycle,but keep having cysts. I'm on Utrogestan now with pretty good results I put it vaginally, but I want to switch to cream. Can you tell me how to use it to prevent these cysts from forming? Do I have to stop ovulation(I have no plans of getting pregnant). Which day of cycle should I begin to apply the cream and what dose?
