This enables progesterone levels to remain stable. Inserting some of the night time dose in your vagina at night is excellent for inflammation and it absorbs better there. Usually between 100-200mg is needed per day, more if symptoms are severe. Once you feel stable this amount can be reduced to no less than 100mg.
