Please read the How to use Progesterone Cream and Estrogen Dominance pages. Progesterone must be used no less than twice a day, half the amount in the morning and the other half at night. This enables progesterone levels to remain stable. Inserting some of the night time dose in your vagina at night is excellent for inflammation and it absorbs better there. Usually between 100-200mg is needed per day, more if symptoms are severe. Once you feel stable this amount can be reduced to no less than 100mg.
If you have a regular cycle and ttc, then use the cream during your luteal phase as explained on the website. We do have a page on Pregnancy that will also help you.
Fibroids are caused by oxidative stress. You need to address the Inflammation that you have. Introducing fermented foods, kefir milk/water and kombucha helps greatly with this. If your inflammation is not dealt with they usually reappear, so please take care of your inflammation.
