Please could you clear up something for me. You say that you have taken progesterone. Would that be oral which was taken? If so, that is not the best delivery method, creams are far better. You also do not state your age or how much progesterone you used?
If one does not supplement with a good natural progesterone cream, then one will remain in an estrogen dominant state. There are well over 100 estrogen mimics in our environment which sadly causes estrogen dominance.
