hi, i'd like to have some advice to how use progesteron cream. Im from Finland. I use now Livial = Tiboloni, only 1/4 tabl per day. Ihad use it ten weeks so I get angsty. Every tim when i use estrogen, couple of weeks make me terrible feeling. Angstie and madness. So I wonder how can I use this progesteron cream. How long and what about Livial then??
In Finland we dont have progesterone cream, so I must order it, if someone can help me.
