Doctor was keeping me on overly low progesterone

I feel like this site saved me. I've been suffering from severe insomnia and anxiety. My doctor put the fear of god into me about using more than 200 mg of progesterone. After finding this site I used the emergency dose of 400-500 mg and symptoms subsiding and I have my life back. That was hell. I also ran my own labs and ratio of progesterone to estrogen was extremely low. He won't prescribe sufficient progesterone so I'm happy I can order it myself.
