Confused

I have read ALL over your site and found it very informative!

After reading about estrogen dominance I know I am battling that and other things. I take my BBT regularly and my waking temps are very low! My husband and I have been ttc for over 4 years now. We have gotten checked out and everything has come back clear. I am taking vitamin D also. As of this month i ordered Natpro from you and started it.

But it is very frustrating to know how much I should be taking. While you may have superior Progesterone cream your bottle is VERY poor. Why can you not also have a premeasured pump bottle to make it MUCH simpler and easier to measure out the 100-200 mg we need!!! I have no clue how much to squeeze the tube!! It is very frustrating! Here in America we do not use the metric system therefore it would be nice if you could use plain English to tell us how much to take!! And since your bottles are not pre-measured I need to use a teaspoon to measure it out! (Not customer service!).

Also in your last email i got from you it was about progesterone and hypothyroidism. It interested me very much. But the links you posted and claimed would have all kinds of info cannot even bring up the pages! I click on the links and they all say this page cannot be found! Very dissappointing! I hope your whole business here is not a scam. Would love to hear back from you on these things! Thanks!

Hi Lenandlain Thanks for the kind words, but I'm sorry you are having so many frustrations. We have considered a pre-measured pump, but it adds to the cost of the container. We are trying to keep costs as low as we can so as many people as possible can afford progesterone. We've been asked to use glass too, we have tried this but it breaks and the postage is more. If we did use a pre-measured pump, what measure to use? We have men using as little as 10mg/day, and some women using 600mg/day. It would be impossible to choose a measure to suit all. Interestingly America does use the metric system, all scientific disciplines use it, including medicine. America was one of the founding signatories to the system in 1875, see here. This company produces metric measuring spoons, see here. After a while it becomes easy to guess how much is needed, and the spoon is no longer needed. We also have at the bottom of our page on How to use progesterone cream the equivalent in ml and tsp. I'm puzzled the links didn't open, I would have to know which email you are referring to, but I will ask the web master about this, as it could be happening to others too. Thanks for pointing in out. Finally we do have a page on Pregnancy which you might like to read through. I'm pleased you're taking vitamin D, I do hope enough. The minimum is 5000iu's per day, for more info please see the Vitamin D council and GrassrootsHealth websites. Plus this excellent video on pregnancy and vitamin D. Vitamin D is vital for successful ovulation and pregnancy, see here, here, here, here and here. Take care Wray
