Colleen, usually it says on the container that 1/2 teaspoon equals XX mg. I take 100 mg/day of cream or 5 pre-measured dose of 20mg each morning. At night, I am finishing up a prescription of 200 mg compounded troche that dissolves under the tongue, but they say a lot of that is lost in the gut. I've had better luck with the creams.

What progesterone cream are you using? If Natpro then please read How to Use Progesterone Cream, it will explain how to use progesterone correctly. There is also a conversion chart indicating measurements. 100mg is 3ml of cream, a METRIC teaspoon must be used which is 5ml.
